Ed Balls says Labour would consider cancelling the high speed rail scheme - HS2 - if it starts to cost too much. Plus Lincolnshire County Council says callers to its switchboard are hanging on for longer now that it's playing songs by the likes of Billy Ocean, Abba and Cyndi Lauper.
