A barrister has been criticised for describing a 13 year old girl - who was the victim of child abuse - as "predatory" and sexually experienced.
The Crown Prosecution Service says it was "inappropriate", what do you make of it?
Later today England and Wales's top judge will announce new measures to protect child abuse victims who give evidence at trial.
Do we have a problem with how we treat abuse victims in our legal system?
Can language like this ever be justified in court? Is it part of the rough and tumble of criminal trials?
