Now at the semi-final stage with three contestants who've proved the breadth of their musical knowledge in the heats returning to compete for a place in the final.
At stake is a real chance to lift the silver trophy as the 27th Counterpoint champion.
This trio of competitors battling it out at the 91热爆's Radio Theatre, London are:

* Adam Harvey from Bury St. Edmunds
* Alan McLean from Debden, Essex
