A campaigner named on a list of thousands of people, reportedly deemed by police to be "domestic extremists," tells Victoria he's been followed by officers from the Met. Guy Taylor, from the anti-capitalist group Globalise Resistance, is one of nine thousand people under some kind of surveillance by a special police unit, according to reports today. Tarique Ghaffur, former Assistant Commissioner at the Metropolitan Police, tells Victoria the public shouldn't be overly concerned.

Plus new figures show Britain has the largest market for so-called "legal highs" in the whole of the European Union. A report by the United Nations says almost 700 thousand Britons aged between 15 and 24 have experimented with the substances which it warns can be far more dangerous than traditional drugs. We hear from people who have tried the drugs.
