William Hague meets with other EU foreign ministers in Brussels to try to lift sanctions preventing the supply of weapons to the Syrian opposition. Former British Ambassador to Syria, Sir Andrew Green and Abdul Omar, Syrian activist based in the UK discuss whether arming the opposition is a good idea.
