David Cameron's called them closet racists, Ken Clarke called then clowns - but They pushed the Tories into third in the MP by-election in South Shields....they've picked up seats in all six of the English councils that have declared their full results and averaged more than a quarter of the vote in the places where they've stood that we know about so far - -- has UKIP become a REAL force to be reckoned with in UK politics?
