Is the budget good for Britain or good for nothing?
The Chancellor, George Osborne has given a boost to the housing market, he's frozen fuel duty, cut corporation tax, raised the point at which you pay income tax and he's even taken a penny of the price of a pint. But growth forecasts for 2013 have been halved, the UK's national debt won't start to come down until 2018 and borrowing this year will be the same as last year at 121-billion-pounds.
