Joe returns to Denbigshire to see how Kevin and Rachel Roberts have been getting on with their renovation. When Joe first met the couple back in 2012 they had fulfilled a lifelong dream of buying an empty cow milking shed in the heart of the Welsh countryside, and were planning to create a rural retreat to raise their two children. Almost a year on, Joe is keen to see how far they've got in transforming the property into their dream family home.
We also pay another visit to the Sheerness Dockyards in Kent to see how plans for the renovation of listed buildings have progressed, and we catch up with empty property officer Sue Li in her mission to save abandoned homes in the Amber Valley.
