David Whitely investigates the rise in contested wills and Ben Robinson from English Heritage reports on the latest attempts to tackle heritage crime.

How sure can you be that your last wishes will be respected? Since 2006 the number of wills being fought in the courts in England and Wales has tripled. David Whiteley talks to a specialist solicitor in Essex to find out why and how we can protect ourselves.

Everywhere we walk our history is buried. It's an archaeologist's job to find it and keep precious artefacts safe for us. But what if someone else gets their first? Ben Robinson, who works for English Heritage tells the story of what happened when he caught two treasure thieves red-handed in Northamptonshire. Ben reports on the latest attempts to tackle heritage crime and joins the metal detectorists in Norfolk who are helping.
