Pope Benedict has become the first Pope in 600 years to resign the post. Should Popes quit? Rachel Burden takes your calls live from St Peter's Square in Vatican City.

Pope Benedict has become the first Pope in 600 years -- and only the second ever -- to resign the post. He says he doesn't have the strength "of mind and body" to continue in the job.

Is this a pragmatic decision by an old man? Or are there some jobs you just can't quit?

Has he done a good job as Pope? Or do scandals in the Church - child abuse, Vatileaks - make this the right time for him to go?

Rachel Burden takes your calls live from St Peter's Square in Vatican City.
