Are the English arrogant?

Earlier we spoke to a French journalist who said the English believe they are the centre of the universe...

Not the ONLY person thinking it this week - Scotland rugby legend Jim Telfer accused the new breed of England stars of being ARROGANT - and pretentious - which is a difficult trick to carry off while rucking and mauling but he thinks they manage it anyway.

So do the English believe they are a cut above the rest of the world?

Or does the rest of the world just have an inferiority complex?
