Do our schools need greater control over pupils' access to smartphones and online devices? The Scottish Government this week admitted that they have failed to meet their first target for cutting greenhouse gas emissions, and that they actually went up in 2010. Environmentalists say they are dismayed by the news and Government's lack ambition when it comes to tackling climate change. But should we all be doing more ourselves to help cut emissions? Are you doing your bit to work on your carbon footprint, or is up to someone else?
