Martin has worked in the food industry for over 25 years on some of the UK & Europe's biggest food and drink brands including Walker Crisps and Tropicana.

In 2010 Birds Eye launched 'Forever Food', a company-wide sustainability programme developed with a range of partners, including the WWF, to ensure consumers have responsibly sourced food.
