Gail Reynolds is Senior Executive Sales Leader with Avon, and an author and motivational speaker.听

In 2002, as a mother with no business experience, Gail began selling cosmetics door-to-door as a way to meet new people. Today, Gail has her own team made up of over 2,500 Avon reps with annual sales of around 拢6 million.

听

Keen to pass on her success, Gail set up a networking site for women in business. 2011 saw Gail launch her book, Mum鈥檚 The Word, in order to share her positive business experiences and her balance between being a business woman and a mum.

听

Gail is married and has three children.

Ruth Lea is Economic Adviser to and a non-executive Director of the Arbuthnot Banking Group.听

听

Ruth has worked for ITN, Mitsubishi Bank, Lehman Brothers. She spent 16 years in the Civil Service including the Treasury and the Department of Trade and Industry and was an economics lecturer at Thames Polytechnic (now the University of Greenwich).

听

Prior to Arbuthnot, Ruth was Director of Global Vision. From 2004 to 2007 she was Director of the Centre for Policy Studies and between 1995 and 2003 was Head of the Policy Unit at the Institute of Directors.
