Declan Curry is joined by the Europe boss of Huawei, the Chinese telecommunications giant that's been in the news this week, and the Managing Director of Union Industries, Isobel Schofield - or as colleagues on the factory floor call her, "Mrs S".

Tim Watkins is the Western Europe Vice President of Huawei, the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world. Huawei is a Chinese-owned multinational company who also provide telecoms networking and services to businesses around the world.听

Before joining Huawei in 2009 Tim was the North EMEA president at Nortel Networks, a telecommunications manufacturer based in Canada. His responsibilities spanned the UK, Eire and Scandinavia, and the Middle East.

Isobel Schofield, "Mrs. S", Managing Director of Union Industries
Isobel Schofield 鈥 known as 鈥淢rs. S鈥 鈥 is Managing Director of Union Industries. The company began in 1972 as a tarpaulin manufacturing and repair business; Isobel joined her husband in 1973 and quickly learned the art of manufacturing, design, buying and selling.听
听Today, the Leeds-based business is an industry leader, designing, manufacturing and installing Industrial High-Speed doors. Customers include UK Supermarket chains and this year Union are looking abroad, working with companies in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.

Iain Dey, Deputy Business Editor of The Sunday Times
Iain Dey is the Deputy Business Editor for the Sunday Times. Raised in rural Aberdeenshire, Iain graduated from the University of St Andrews, gaining journalistic experience as the Features Editor of the student newspaper. He worked as a Business Reporter for The Scotsman, then moving on to become City Editor at Scotland on Sunday in 2004.听听

Between 2005 and 2008 Iain was Financial Correspondent at the Sunday Telegraph, before moving to the Sunday Times, where he became Deputy Business Editor in 2010. Iain is married, lives in London and is currently writing his first book.
