Ellie Simmonds breaks her own world record in the qualifying heats of the SM6 200M individual medley - the final is tonight, and Natasha Baker wins a second gold in the freestyle test grade 2 in the equestrian, for severely disabled riders, who have reasonable balance and abdominal control.

The paralympic cyclist, Jody Cundy, tells Shelagh that apologising for his outburst after being disqualified from his individual time trial is helping him focus on future races
