Smoking-related illnesses are costing Scotland 拢400 million a year. Kaye asks whether it is time to take radical steps to stub out smoking in Scotland.

An anti-smoking organisation in Newcastle said this week that the UK could become a smoke-free nation by 2023. And they're not alone - the Australian state of Tasmania is considering the introduction of a ban on cigarette sales to anyone born after the year 2000. But with an annual bill of 拢400 million to treat smoking related illnesses, it seems Scotland's got a long way to go before we stub out for good.

Kaye asks...What would it take for Scotland to become smoke free?

And as John Robertson MP accuses the UK's Big Six energy companies of being 'a bunch of money-grabbing so and sos', Kaye asks....Are we are being ripped off when it comes to domestic energy?
