Glenn Campbell sits in

Glenn Campbell asks how Scotland can thank Sir Chris Hoy enough for his achievements. And should people be encouraged to be 'pooper snoopers'?

Sir Chris Hoy has become Britain's top Olympic athlete after winning his sixth gold medal for cycling in London. He has overtaken Sir Steve Redgrave as the nation's most successful competitor ever at the Games. So how can we in Scotland thank him for his sporting achievement and commemorate his efforts back home. It could be a statue, a parade or a national holiday - Glenn Campbell asks for your suggestions.

Moray Council has seen 600 complaints about dog fouling in the past couple of years - but only ten dog owners have been fined for failing to clean up their dog's mess. One councillor said the low number showed an "unbelievable and unacceptable lack of prosecution". Locals are now being urged to shop anyone whose doesn't pick up after their pooch.

Glenn asks if the public should be encouraged to be pooper snoopers?
