Union blames cuts for Heathrow queues
The Public and Commercial Services Union leader Mark Serwotka said the recent queues at Heathrow were a result of a cut in Border Agency staff and said he was pleased that his members - including UK Border Agency staff responsible for immigration at Heathrow - are planning strike action. .
