Rupert Murdoch answering questions at the Leveson inquiry into media ethics about what he knew about the culture of phone hacking at the News of the World. He apologised to all the staff who lost their jobs at the paper because of what he called his failure.

Should girls aged 13 be able to get the contraceptive pill over the counter at the chemist? The NHS is running pilot schemes in Manchester and the Isle of Wight and says they should be extended. Do you agree?
