A London council is accused of 'social cleansing' for trying to move hundreds of families on housing benefit to Stoke-on-Trent. Plus James Murdoch appears at the Leveson Inquiry.

The Brighter Futures Housing Association in Stoke now says there needs to be a code of conduct to stop some councils "exporting their most vulnerable and challenging families" to places like theirs and that Newham's request is the tip of the iceberg.
