A police officer has been suspended after allegedly making offensive racist comments to a man detained during the riots last summer. The man recorded the abuse on his mobile.
A police officer has been suspended after allegedly making offensive racist comments to a man detained during the riots last summer. The man recorded the abuse on his mobile. We hear from the man's lawyer as the Chair of the Black Police Association says that "race and equality issues have come off the agenda".
