A High Court Judge rules that Tony Nicklinson, who has locked in syndrome, can proceed with his case to allow a doctor to end his life. Victoria speaks to Tony and his wife Jane.

Tony Nicklinson - who's paralysed from the neck down - has been told he CAN proceed with his case to allow a doctor to lawfully end his life. The fifty-eight year old has locked in syndrome after a stroke seven years ago - he wants a judge to declare that a doctor who ends his life will have a defence of "necessity" to a charge of murder. Victoria speaks to Tony and his wife Jane.

Also Victoria speaks to a teenager who had a contraceptive implant fitted at school at the age of 13 without her parents' knowledge. And we hear from her mother, who's outraged at what she sees is the schools failure to protect her daughter.

And it's the Monday Music review with Sarah Cracknell from St Etienne, who are releasing their first album for seven years.
