Four states of America are clearing up after devastating tornadoes, which have killed at least 35 people. Sergeant Jerry Goodin from the Indiana State Police Department tells us it looks like a war zone - there's been nothing this devastating in several years. Alex Campbell, a reporter for the Indianapolis Star newspaper, says there was very destructive damage, but the path was very selective - some homes were completely destroyed, others hardly touched. And Scott Powell, who lives in Kentucky, says it was the scariest thing he's ever seen, but he's confident people in Kentucky will pull through because they're tough.

A train crash in Poland has killed 14 people. We get the latest from our correspondent Adam Easton in Warsaw. It looks like one of the trains was on the wrong track.

BP has agreed to pay out nearly 8 billion dollars following the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in April 2010. But Nick Collins, an oyster catcher from Louisiana, tells us it'll be nowhere near enough. His company has lost 2 million dollars since 2010 - and the oyster beds are nowhere near back to normal.
