2. Sheffield

The comedian/activist is in Sheffield to consider plans for Buckingham Palace and for reducing knife crime. From February 2012.

Comedian-activist Mark Thomas heads to Sheffield City Hall in search of new proposals for his People's Manifesto.

The show's agenda includes:

1) Councils to plant fruit trees in public spaces
2) 3 Years' free education for all between age 25 and retirement
3) Buckingham Palace to be converted into homeless flats

"Any Other Business" policies are also taken from the studio audience throughout the show, including a novel approach to reducing knife crime.
