Did the day of strike action do much for the cause of the workers? Or was it all a bit of a damp squib? And as disenfranchised dads demo, should fathers have equal rights?

Was the strike a great big success or a damp squib?

It's the day after the general strike, did you join a rally or a picket line? Was your daily routine disrupted by militant public sector workers? Or did you see it as an opportunity to do some Christmas shopping?

Has the strike done anything at all to change the Government's position on penisons and cuts, or with dire forecasts on the standards of living dropping further for all of us, do we all need to tighten our belts?

And...

Should fathers have equal rights?

The caped crusaders for parental rights are back - the organisation New Fathers 4 Justice are to stage a Scottish Parliament Santa Protest on Thursday morning, their first big event in Scotland since 2005.

Kaye asks if our existing law does provide equality for fathers, and finding out why some fathers feel so let down by the legal system. And she asks whether equal rights can ever actually be achieved when it comes to the kids.
