Tom Robinson celebrates the 20th birthday of My Bloody Valentine's 'Loveless' LP with a crowd sourced playlist inspired by the band. Released in November 1991, 'Loveless' went on to become one of the landmark LPs of the 1990s, with its combination of buzzsaw guitars, dance influenced rhythms and woozy vocals from frontman Kevin Shields, setting a new template for experimental alternative rock music. As it enters its third decade, Tom invites the 6 Music audience to curate a MBV releated playlist, featuring tracks from Ride, Ringo Deathstarr and Primal Scream amongst others. There's also new music from Drake and The Horrors in this week's Digital Digest, and in the last half hour transatlantic blogger Cougar Microbes curates the show via Twitter playing new music from Friends and Casiokids.
