In 1995, Peter Day visited Bangalore, the place that created India's reputation as computer outsourcing centre. Then India was just starting to take off, fueled by deregulation and a huge pool of high-tech talent. Since then, entrepreneurs have branched out into other industries, and the country has established itself as a world class business hub, but problems including poverty and poor infrastructure remain.
