Anita Anand sits in and talks to Garry Mann who has just left prison after being convicted of football hooliganism in Portugal. He calls on the Government to stop honouring European Arrest Warrants. Mr Mann from Kent has always denied his involvement in rioting at the 2004 European Football Championships and says he didn't get a fair trial.

Magistrates explain how they decide on sentences for those found guilty of taking part in rioting and looting in England over the past week.

Also an assessment of whether the unrest is likely to break out again as the weekend approaches.
