The Sun and the Daily Mirror have been fined for contempt of court, for articles about Christopher Jefferies - the landlord of the murdered Bristol woman, Jo Yeates.

Dominic Grieve, the Attorney General tells 5 live Drive that the Sun and the Mirror vilified Christopher Jeffries, the landlord of Jo Yeates, who was murdered in Bristol last year. The papers have been found guilty of contempt of court for they way they reported her death. Plus the latest on the hacking story after Glenn Mulcaire, the detective at the centre of the scandal, said he was an "employee" acting on the instructions of others.
