Kim Lenaghan pays tribute to Lilian Bland, the first woman in the British Isles to build and fly her own plane, and vet Alistair is in the studio to answer all your pet queries.

Kim will also be paying tribute to Lilian Bland, the first woman in the British Isles to build and fly her own plane - up in the Carnmoney hills - 100 years ago.
Paula McIntyre will be making a blackcurrent cheescake to use up some of the bumper crop of local fruit this year.
And Kim will be trying her hand at Lawn Bowls, in the week that MPs have been petitioned to help save this dying sport.
