Nicky Campbell asks whether a free press will ever be responsible.

The police are expected to meet managers of the News of the World to discuss claims that a private investigator working for the paper hacked into the phone of the murdered schoolgirl, Milly Dowler. The paper says it's a matter of great concern.

Nicky's guests include Paul Connew, former deputy editor of the News of the World, Max Mosley, Steve Hewlett and Jeff Edwards, president of the Crime Reporters Association and former crime reporter for the Mirror.
