Police actions examined after mum killed herself and disabled daughter. Flight Lieutenant speaks out over Afghanistan forces' kit.

A report into police actions over a Leicestershire mother who killed herself and her disabled daughter after years of abuse is being published. Reporter Sarah Sturdey is in Barwell looking at what's changed since the case hit the headlines.

Flight Lieutenant Alex Duncan has written a book called Sweating the Metal where he talks about the kit and body armour not being fit for purpose while he was out in Afghanistan. He tells Victoria of his experiences.

And Victoria speaks to tweeters who have been naming Ryan Giggs as the footballer at the centre of the injunction for the last few weeks.
