Does religion have any place in medicine?

A GP has been given a written warning for suggesting to a patient that Christianity could help cure them. The General Medical Council said Dr Richard Scott risked bringing his profession into disrepute by discussing his religion. He's now appealing against the ruling and says there's no doubt that Christianity can be a cure.

Nicky Campbell takes your calls. Guests include Andrea Williams, director of the Christian Legal Centre representing Dr Scott, in discussion with John in Dunbarton a gay former psychiatric nurse.
