We look at inflation, the European Finance ministers' Ecofin meeting and pension changes.

The government's preferred measure of inflation, the Consumer Prices Index, is forecast to rise again with new figures published later. We speak to James Knightley from ING Financial Markets.

Bailouts and budgets is what European finance ministers in Brussels will be discussing at their Ecofin meeting. It comes amidst the scandal engulfing the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn. We are joined by Paolo Casaca, Portuguese economist and former MEP.

From next year all businesses regardless of size, will have to offer staff a company pension scheme or enrol their staff into a new National Employment Savings Trust to be launched next year. Bill Galvin, chief executive of the pensions regulator joins us.

The Co-operative Group is launching an advice service for organisations who want to set up public service mutuals and we are joined by their Head Of Membership, Russell Gill.
