Do young people make better workers?

Shelagh Fogarty asks - Do you think younger people make better workers? A new survey suggests young people are increasingly concerned about older workers who refuse to retire.

A new survey suggests young people are increasingly concerned about "job blockers" -- older workers who refuse to retire. Over a third of those questioned said there weren't enough jobs for older people to carry on working. They also said younger workers were more productive.

So Shelagh Fogarty asks whether you think younger people make better workers.

Guests include:

Judy James, a workplace training expert and an author of 24 books on employment, including You're Hired.

Malcolm King, the manager of The Venture in Wrexham -- a centre which trains young people and helps them find work.

Jonathan Portes, director of the National Institute of Economic and Social Research.

Simon Waugh, chairman of the National Apprentice Service.
