The stepdad of a teenager from Lancashire says there are no Good Samaritans left after she was violently attacked on a busy train, and no-one intervened. Paul Barlow says commuters simply looked the other way when 15 year old May Rubery was being harrassed and assaulted. So would you step in if you witnessed someone being attacked?
