Shaun Keaveny takes a rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news and events, to the perfect morning soundtrack for any music-lover; from northern soul to new folk; rock 'n' roll to indie disco. Guest wise, Shaun welcomes comedian and musician Gareth Richards into the studio after 9am to talk about his new show "Stand Up Between Songs" In 2008 he was nominated for the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year Award, and later won a place as part of the Comedy Reserve, the Edinburgh Festival showcase run by the Pleasance. In 2009 Gareth appeared in the Comedy Zone at the Edinburgh Festival - the fringe's longest-running and most prestigious stand-up showcase.
