Comedy Central star and in-demand US headliner Jim David drops in on the Comedy Cafe ahead of his gig at the Magners' Glasgow International Comedy Festival.

A headliner in high demand in the USA and a familiar face on Comedy Central, comedian Jim David, touches down on Scottish soil for a one-off gig at Magner's Glasgow International Comedy Festival. Ahead of his show, "Another American Idiot", he makes time to talk to the Comedy Caf茅.

As a teenage magician he plied his trade in front of unforgiving Covent Garden crowds and has since earned his badge as a respected professor of 'public psychology'. Now as the first Guest Director at Edinburgh's International Science Festival, Professor Richard Wiseman tells us how he aims to blend science with a sense of humour for this year's event.

Billed as one of the three largest comedy festivals in the world the Melbourne International Comedy Festival celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. We get the buzz from comedian Diane Spencer fresh back from a stint performing there. And ask Scottish Comedian of the Year, Australia's Ro Campbell to define the humour of Down Under.
