We know about cuts, now what's in the Budget for growth? We focus on growth initiatives, tax, fuel duty and planning laws.

Today is George Osborne's second Budget as Chancellor. He may have made a good case for cuts, but how can he make this a budget for economic growth? We ask David Frost, director general of the British Chambers of Commerce and Mike Grunza, managing director of GE Aviation.

We look at tax, with one of the few perks expected being the raise of the personal tax allowance by 拢600. We find out more from Francesca Lagerberg, head of tax at accountants Grant Thornton.

One of the big money raisers for the Treasury is fuel duty. Will the Chancellor bow to public pressure, by relieving the escalating prices on fuel? Ian Baxter, managing director of RH Freight joins us.

Also, the Budget may shake up current UK planning laws. It's been argued that currently they form a barrier to economic growth and worsen the country's housing shortage. Ian Tant, senior partner at Barton Willmore joins us.
