How can we get better NHS care for the elderly?

Shelagh Fogarty takes your calls on the Health Ombudsman in England's report, which says elderly patients are failing to get adequate care and respect from the NHS.

The Health Ombudsman for England Ann Abraham has revealed that elderly people are suffering "unnecessary pain, indignity and distress" while in NHS hospitals.

Shelagh Fogarty gets reaction from nurses, doctors and people whose elderly relatives have had very good and very bad care in hospitals run by the National Health Service.
