X-Ray investigates the plague of potholes affecting roads all over Wales and meets motorists who've been left out of pocket. The cold winter weather has made the problem worse, so what should you do if your car is damaged by one of these craters? Local authorities in Wales are responsible for maintaining the majority of our roads and for repairing potholes, yet a survey by X-Ray reveals that your chances of successfully claiming compensation from your council are far lower than you might expect.
Many of us regularly donate our unwanted clothes to charity and it's often convenient to leave items outside your house to be collected. However, it's becoming increasingly likely that the bag you leave on your doorstep will end up lining the pockets of criminals instead of helping a good cause. Wales has become a hotspot for two kinds of crime - charity bag theft and unlicensed collectors - both of which are costing legitimate charities millions of pounds a year in lost donations. Rachel Treadaway-Williams finds out how Caerphilly Trading Standards are tackling the charity bag criminials in their area.
