Comedian Jason Byrne comes in for chat about his latest tour, plus listen to tracks chosen by Super Furry Animals front man Gruff Rhys.

Comedian Jason Byrne joins Nemone for a chat in the studio. Jason's inspired, original brand of high-energy lunacy ensures that there is no other comedian presently like him. His fast, free-wheeling style, fused with an array of offbeat props, makes his act a helter-skelter of a show - where the audience are promised the ride of their lives. He has been one of the fastest selling performers at the last 13 Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, where his sell out shows have attracted Best Headliner Chortle Award in 2007, a nomination for 1998 Perrier Newcomer Award, and then a much revered Perrier Award Nomination for his outstanding 2001 show. He was also winner for the 2004 Forth One Fringe Award and continues to play to packed houses throughout Ireland & the UK.

Tune in each day to hear tracks chosen by Super Furry Animals front man Gruff Rhys. Gruff Rhys checks in with third solo album, Hotel Shampoo, his most ambitious and fully realized yet. As well as the intentions above, Hotel Shampoo is inspired by, and takes its title from, Gruff's extensive collection of mini shampoo bottles and complimentary hotel products acquired whilst touring the world. "Having never kept a journal these items have become like diary entries, triggering memories of all those buildings and random people I've met and inspiring songs on the album.
