Victoria meets Rashid Ali, an immigrant who says Britain is holding him against his will. And should the January transfer window be scrapped?

Victoria starts the programme by meeting Rashid Ali, an immigrant from Morocco who wants to leave Britain, but can't because he doesn't have the right paperwork. Keith Best, former chief exec of the Immigration Advisory Service explains in the second hour how common such a situation is.

What does it feel like to fall 1000ft down the side of a mountain? Victoria speaks to Adam Potter, who had a tremendously lucky escape in the Highlands near Fort William. She also hears from a paraglider, a window cleaner, and a scuba diver with their own stories of survival against the odds.

91热爆 correspondents Kevin Connolly and Jim Muir have the latest on the unrest in Cairo.

On transfer deadline day, is it time to scrap the January transfer window? In the second hour, Richard Bevan of the League Managers Association tells us why he thinks so, and departing managers Gary Johnson and Paul Simpson explain how the window may have affected their chances of keeping their jobs.

And in the music review in the final half hour, Dion Dublin and DJ Edward Adoo look at the new - and supposedly last - album from The Streets, Computers and Blues.
