John Cridland is beginning his new job as director general of the employers' body the Confederation of British Industry, and joins the programme to share his thoughts on the challenge ahead.

The 91热爆 has learned that key parts of the Bribery Act are to be delayed once more, because of concern about the clarity of the new rules and how they might impact on business. Chandrashekhar Krishnan, executive director of Transparency International UK, talks through the main elements of the act and shares his concerns.
