Is a lack of respite care forcing some parents to consider putting their disabled children into temporary care?

The Prime Minister is writing to a mum in Bristol who's considering placing her disabled daughter into care - saying she can no longer cope.

Also, when 3 year old Harvey's mum collapsed in the kitchen he knew what to do - calmly calling 999. We speak to his mum and dad.
