With the cost of living about to rise, Government Minister Justine Greening justifies raising VAT to 20%. In Queensland ,where 200 000 people have been affected by floods, one local of the city of Rockhampton talks about plans to abandon their home as the waters continue to rise. We find out why some parts of the UK have had no refuse collections in a month.
