With lots of people leaving their shopping until the last minute, some retailers are staying open until 10pm tonight hoping for a last minute rush from shoppers delayed by the snow. We talk to Bryan Roberts, director of retail insights at Kantar Retail, about whether this late opening is normal, a sign of the times or a call for desperate measures.
