Tony asks if handouts to beggars go to drugs, hears from stranded travellers and puts to Gatwick Airport claims that it turfed passengers out of the terminal.

Reaction from passengers around the UK in response to the travel chaos caused by the freezing temperatures. Andrew McCallum from Gatwick denies claims that some passengers were turfed out of the airport.

Are we killing beggars with kindness? Tony asks London homelessness charity Thames Reach whether it's true that most of the money given to people begging goes to pay for drugs at this time of year.

She is terminally ill and spending her last Christmas with her family but is worried her daughter who lives in Spain might not be able to get back to the UK on time.
