Ten weeks into his search for an apprentice, Lord Sugar challenges the teams to set up their own London tour company.
The teams are supplied with their very own open-top bus to showcase the sights and sounds of London, and are tasked with taking their punters on a themed walking tour to show another side to the capital city. In addition, both teams have the opportunity to bid for a potentially lucrative deal with a travel agency.
As the pressure mounts, the teams clash as they battle it out to tempt tourists on to their tours. With the boardroom looming and Nick and Karren watching their every move, the candidates fight to avoid hearing those fateful words "You're Fired!".
